In response to growing excitement around the model, OpenAI announced an increase in usage rates. Plus and Team users will now be able to send 50 messages per day using the o1-mini, compared to the previous limit of 50 messages per week. The o1-preview model, which is more costly to operate, also saw an update. The rate limit has been increased from 30 messages per week to 50 messages per week.
