Indian Computer Emergency Response Team, aka CERT-In, has posted guidelines for women's safety while using social media. The agency said that the women would need to avoid sharing their personal and sensitive details online. The MeitY-controlled CERT-In agency further said that a woman, when she feels harassed, should block the individual troubling them and report it to the social media platform and other concerned agencies. Women are advised to change their privacy from unauthorised access, restrict post visibility, be cautious, and keep a record of everything.
