Apple's latest iPhone 16 smartphones including iPhone 16, 16 Plus, 16 Pro and 16 Pro Max would be manufactured in India and sold to other countries, said union minister Ashwini Vaishnaw.

Apple launched its iPhone 16 series, including iPhone 16, iPhone 16 Plus, iPhone 16 Pro, and iPhone 16 Pro Max, globally, including India, on September 9. According to union minister Ashwini Vaishnaw, Apple will manufacture its new smartphones in India and launch them globally from Indian factories. He further said this was possible with the help of the 'Make in India' initiative under PM Narendra Modi.
