Elon Musk's company, X, has relocated its headquarters from California to Texas. X has introduced new terms that require legal disputes outside Europe to be filed in Texas.
Elon Musk-run X has moved the company's headquarters from California to Texas. X Daily News (@xDaily) shared a post revealing that the relocation comes with new Terms of Service that will take effect on November 15. As per the post, the terms state that users outside of Europe must file legal disputes in the Northern District of Texas. The post further stated, "X's new headquarters are located in the Western District of Texas, which has less of a conservative reputation than the Northern."
