The Department of Telecommunications (DoT) India shared a post on November 10, 2024. The post revealed efforts to curb telecom fraud and improve mobile security across the country. DoT, along with all the Telcos, have successfully blocked 1.35 crore spoof calls per day. It is close to seven crore calls blocked by the software in the last five days.
