CRED user Aviral Sangal (@sangalaviral) shared a post on September 7, 2024, and informed about an alleged dispute with CRED over the Jackpot prize.  He further highlighted, "Even though I usually do not fall for the CRED jackpots, but yesterday I just played the Friday jackpot without having any hope of getting anything meaningful. But I scored the jackpot and it wasn't a small one," The jackpot prize included a Macbook, iPad, AirPods Max, and a TUMI bag worth INR 3.25 lakh. However, after filling out the form to claim the prize, he received a call from CRED stating that the jackpot was cancelled due to a technical issue. CRED jackpot winner informed that the fintech company was crediting back the coins and offering a cashback of INR 1,000 as a goodwill gesture. The second post shared by Sangal explained that around 200 users won, but it was allegedly cancelled due to a "bug." The CRED jackpot glitch led the company to cancel the jackpot instead of resolving the issue and honouring the winners. Sangal urged CRED to publicly acknowledge the incident and honour the rewards, or he could consider legal options. PS5 Pro: Sony Reveals PlayStation 5 Pro Console With Upgraded GPU, AI-Driven Upscaling, Advanced Ray Tracing; Check Specifications, Features and Release Date (Watch Trailer).
