An Amazon India user recently took to X (formerly Twitter) after an Amazon seller allegedly defrauded him. In a series of posts, the man said he ordered a Tissot PRX watch on July 21 and received the product a week later. He said that he checked the watch's authenticity on Tissot's website and learned that it was a "used" watch that he had received. Sharing videos and photos, the man claimed that the Amazon seller sent him a used product. After a complaint, the Amazon customer received a replacement but was shocked to see an Armani watch in the Tissot box. Once again, the man raised a complaint, following which the customer service told him that they would raise another complaint for investigation. However, the issue was not solved. The man stated that the customer service kept him on hold several times and even transferred his call to their seniors. Alleging harassment, the man said that the watch was supposed to be a gift for his uncle, whose birthday was on August 2. "But all I have faced is mental torture," his tweet read. What Is Amazon OTP Scam?
