The new service targets common problems with clothing and footwear, where customers often experience size anxiety. The return or exchange process will take 10 minutes from the moment a request is raised. Albinder informed that the feature was tested in Delhi NCR and is now available in major cities like Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune. More cities will be added soon.
