American telecommunication giant AT&T has been reportedly down for hours in the country. The AT&T customers have reported about the nationwide service disruptions. The telecom company confirmed that it was facing a software issue about wireless service and said it was fixing it. The problem was reported by several iPhone users in the United States as their devices were stuck in SOS Mode. The Verge reported that an AT&T spokesperson Jim Kimberly said that the company was working to address a software issue which might affect limited customers from connecting to its wireless network.
