An X user posted screenshots of his experience with telecom giant Bharti Airtel and said the company was cheating on the customers. He said the customers were supposed to get unlimited 5G internet even if they recharged before the telecom tariff hike. Instead, he alleged that Bharti Airtel was deducting data from his 4G plan, although he was getting 5G signals. The user (@Pbhajanka) shared a screenshot of his active plan of INR 799, offering 1.5GB/day, valid till August 27, 2024. Another screenshot showed that his Daily Data showed "0 MB out of 1.5GB left".
