The tech giant suggested that one would need to look for any "typos" in the message sent to them. Google said the third step would be to notice how often the sender or scammer sent emails or called them. The last two steps include the judgement taken by the individual to protect themselves. The company said next, they would have to think if the offer is "too good to be true". Finally, Google advised checking if the person on the other side kept demanding their bank details on an urgent basis.
