ICC Ban UAE Cricketer Gulam Shabbir For Four Years For Breaching Anti- Corruption Code

ICC banned UAE Wicket-keeper batsman Gulam Shabbir for breaching the Anti-Corruption Code. The cricketer accepted a sanction of a four-year period of ineligibility from all forms of cricket which will end on August 20, 2021. Shabbir admitted to breaching articles 2.4.4, 2.4.5, 2.4.6 and 2.4.7.

ICC in an official statement announced that UAE cricketer Gulam Shabbir has been banned for four years from all cricket for breaching six counts of the ICC Anti-Corruption Code.
