Neeraj Chopra, who etched his name in history with a gold medal in Tokyo Olympics last year, has been nominated for the 2022 Laureus World Breakthrough of the Year Award. Chopra, a year ago, became the first track and field athlete from India to win a gold medal when he bagged the top prize in men's javelin throw at the Olympic Games in Tokyo.
