Winning the NBA Player of the Week award certainly bolsters players’ performances. Also, Shai Gilgeous-Alexander has been instrumental for the Oklahoma City Thunders, leading them to the second position in the Western Conference with a 23-9 record. In last week’s games, OKC has 4-0 record, defeating the likes of defending Champions Denver Nuggets, New York Knicks, top-seeded Minnesota Timberwolves and Brooklyn Nets.
