The Indian contingent at the Paris Paralympics 2024 has already scripted history with 26 medals at counting. The para-athletes have been absolutely superb so far in the 17th edition of the Paralympic Games, putting up impressive performances across disciplines and scripting a number of records. India broke its previous best medal tally of 19 in a single Paralympics edition, which was set in Tokyo three years ago and also registered the most number of gold medals as well. The Indian Paralympics 2024 contingent held a small celebration to rejoice upon crossing the 25-medal mark.
