Marco Bezzecchi and Maverick Vinales were at high speed and on the first corner at the Phillip Island Grand Prix circuit, the Italian racer collided with the Spanish star ahead of him. Marco Bezzecchi was airlifted for a further checkup.

With just four more races left in the MotoGP 2024 season, races are getting intense and there is massive pressure even in the qualifying rounds. Commentators and spectators were stunned when Maverick Vinales overtook Marco Bezzecchi and looked in control of the spot ahead, Bezzecchi also tried to cut the lead but sadly collided with the Vinales. At the speed of 140 KM per hour, the collision was massive and both racers were thrown from their bikes. Fortunately, Vinales has been declared fit after the incident, while Bezzecchi was airlifted to a hospital in Melbourne for a full checkup.
