Manu Bhaker Qualifies for Final of Women’s 10m Air Pistol Event at Paris Olympics 2024, Rhythm Sangwan Finishes 15th
The 19-year-old shooter put up an excellent show in the qualifying rounds and would compete in the medal round tomorrow (July 28). Earlier, the Indian mixed team and men's shooters had failed to qualify for the final in their respective events.
Manu Bhaker has qualified for the final of the Women's 10m Air Pistol event at the Paris Olympics 2024. The 22-year-old shooter scored 580 points and finished in third spot behind Hungary's Veronika Major and Oh Ye Jin, who scored 582 points. She is the only Indian shooter today to make it to the final after shooters in the mixed team and men's events failed to make it past the qualification rounds. Her compatriot Rhythm Sangwan finished in 15th spot.
