Mercedes’ George Russell's bold one-stop strategy proved beneficial as he outsmarts fellow teammate Lewis Hamilton to claim the top spot at the Belgian GP 2024. But following Technical Delegate’s report hinting at an 'underweight' car, he was disqualified and Lewis Hamilton was promoted to the top spot. Mercedes have now won three of the last four races to revive a season. Starting from the pole position, Max Verstappen recovers from grid penalty to finish fifth ahead of title rival Lando Norris.
