The 39-year-old returns to his club where he will feature alongside his eldest son Bronny James, who was picked by the Lakers in the NBA Draft 2024 . The two-year deal is worth a maximum of $104 million and James, who is the all-time leading points scorer in the NBA, will look to lead the Lakers to the title once again after 2020. James will be competing in his 22nd season in 2024-25.
