India won three bronze medals at the Paris Olympics 2024, but there were multiple fourth-place finishes for Indian athletes. IOC member Mrs Nita Ambani lauded Indian athletes' efforts and felicitated them in a special function organised in India House in Paris. Mrs Ambani congratulated Indian athletes and presented them with a sash to commemorate their efforts and achievements. She especially mentioned Manu Bhaker in her speech. Bhaker won two bronze medals for India in Shooting events. Mrs Ambani also congratulated Swapnil Kusale, who also won one bronze medal at the Paris Olympics 2024 Shooting event. The Paris Olympic games are still ongoing with multiple Indian athletes including Vinesh Phogat, Neeraj Chopra, and Indian Hockey team competing for a medal in their respective sports.
