The team comprising Neeraj, Naresh Kalwaniya, Neetish Kumar, Charanjeet Singh, Jaswinder Singh, Bheem Singh, Punit Kumar and Ashish clocked a timing of 5:43.01s. Hosts China bagged the gold medal with a timing of 5:40.17S.
