Harvinder Singh and Preeti Pal Named India's Flag-Bearers for Paris Paralympics 2024 Closing Ceremony

The two para-athletes won a total of three medals combined at India's historic campaign at the Paris Paralympics 2024. India had surpassed their best-ever medal tally at the Paralympic Games, going past the 19-medal mark set in Tokyo three years ago.

Harvinder Singh and Preeti Pal have been named the flag-bearers for India at the Paris Paralympics 2024 closing ceremony. Both para-athletes have had a magnificent time at the Paris Paralympic Games wherein they scripted historical feats in their respective events. Pal, who won bronze in Women's 100m and 200m T35 events, became the first Indian woman track-and-field para-athlete to win two medals at the Paralympic Games.
