Haider Ali, Pakistan’s Only Para-Athlete Competing at Paris Paralympics 2024, Wins Bronze Medal in Men’s Discus Throw F37 Event

The para-athlete secured a podium finish, his fourth at the Paralympic Games as he won bronze in the event. Haider Ali made his Paralympics debut in 2008 and has won all three medals--gold, silver and bronze at the Paralympic Games.

Haider Ali, Pakistan's only para-athlete competing at the Paris Paralympics 2024, has won the bronze medal in the Men's Discus Throw F37 event on September 6. The para-athlete achieved this feat with a 52.54m throw and this bronze was his fourth medal at the Paralympic Games. Ali had won the gold medal in this event at the Tokyo Paralympic Games three years ago.
