Thomas Dennerby Appointed Indian Women’s Football Team Head Coach
The 62-year old was earlier in charge of the Indian U-17 squad. With an experience of 30 years in coaching, he has been appointed, keeping in mind the AFC Asian Cup 2022. He would return to coaching the Indian U17 team once the AFC Asian Cup gets over.
Thomas Dennerby has been appointed as the head coach of the Indian women's senior football team on Friday. He replaces Maymol Rocky, who had stepped down from the role a while ago. Indian football team confirmed this development on Twitter.
