After much speculation, AIFF have finally decided to part ways with Indian National Football Team head coach Igor Stimac. India recently failed to enter the third round of the FIFA World Cup 2026 qualifiers and got eliminated from the AFC Asian Cup 2024 group stages under the coaching of Igor Stimac. Both were top targets to be achieved by Igor Stimac and in failure, AIFF decided to terminate the contract of Stimac.
