French forward Olivier Giroud was the hero of the night as his goalkeeping effort helped AC Milan clinch a narrow 1-0 win over Genoa in Serie A. After Milan's Mike Maignan was sent off in stoppage time, the game took an unexpected turn when attacker Olivier Giroud took the position of goalkeeper. In the video we can see that Giroud was exchanging kit with the goalkeeper before taking his position.  Just before the final whistle, Giroud made an incredible save to deny George Puscas's attempt, demonstrating that his duty were not restricted to just goalkeeping.
