F1 2024: Max Verstappen Wins Canadian Grand Prix 2024, George Russell Earns First Podium Finish for Mercedes at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve  

Although Verstappen didn’t get the pole position after a close qualifying round, the Red Bull Racer didn’t miss out on the race day as he grabbed all 25 points at the Canadian GP. The win extends Verstappen’s lead at the top in F1 2024 season.

Max Verstappen delivered yet again as the Dutch racer won the Canadian GP 2024 by 3.87 seconds. Lando Norris finished second while George Russell came third at Circuit Gilles Villeneuve. After starting from pole position for only the second time in his career, Russell made a good start and remained in first position for the opening segment of the race. However, he was soon overtaken by a fast Lando Norris before also losing a position to Max Verstappen.
