Sri Lanka star all-rounder Wanindu Hasaranga suffered a grade 3 hamstring tear during the Lankan Premier League (LPL) and since then was out of action. He amassed the most runs and wickets in the LPL T20 competition, scoring 279 runs and taking 19 wickets. Recently, the all-round leg-spinner underwent a successful surgery and is currently recovering.
