The montage showcasing some of the 'epic moments' in sport over the last year, prominently showcased the moment when India's star player, Virat Kohli, scored his 50th ODI century. Kohli became the first player to reach this landmark in his innings of 117 in the World Cup semifinal against New Zealand. This was a historic moment as he went past Indian legend Sachin Tendulkar's mark of 49. Sachin Tendulkar himself was present at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai to witness Kohli's great achievement.
