Sai Sudharsan became the most expensive player at the Tamil Nadu Premier League (TNPL) 2023 auction as the two-day event ended on Friday, February 24. The young left-hander was signed by Lyca Kovai Kings for a whopping Rs 21.6 lakh. Sai Kishore, who like Sudharsan plays for Gujarat Titans in the IPL, was signed by Tiruppur Tamizhans for Rs 13 lakh. All eight franchises have assembled strong squads ahead of the new season. Chepauk Super Gillies and Lyca Kovai Kings are the co-holders of the TNPL title.
