Two Sri Lankan players have tested positive for the COVID-19 virus ahead of Asia Cup 2023. Kusal Perera and Avishka Fernando, according to a report by Sri Lankan journalist Danushka Aravinda, are down with the virus with days left for the tournament to begin. Sri Lanka are yet to announce their squad for the continental tournament, which they are slated to host in a hybrid model along with Pakistan.
