Pakistan's Test skipper Shan Masood smashed a brilliant century on Day 1 of the PAK vs ENG 1st Test 2024 and played an innings of 151 runs from 177 balls which included 13 fours and 2 sixes. Shan has been one of the best batters for the Pakistan national cricket team in the past few years due to which he has been given the responsibility to lead the Test side. The left-handed batter also completed 2000 Test runs during the match apart from smashing a brilliant hundred. Masood also added 253 runs from 338 balls along with his partner Abdullah Shafique and laid the foundation of a big first innings score for his team.
