Yorkshire captain Shan Masood played an impressive knock of 61 runs off 41 balls which led his team to a seven-run win over Lancashire in the Vitality T20 Blast match. During the match, Shan Masood was not given out even after getting hit wicket and run out off a no ball. This was due to the MCC 31.7 Law. "An umpire shall intervene if satisfied that a batter, not having been given out, has left the wicket under a misapprehension of being out. The umpire intervening shall call and signal Dead ball to prevent any further action by the fielding side and shall recall the batter." the MCC law states.
