Batting first, the Rest of the World side led by Shane Warne, posted 293/7, riding on Yuvraj Singh's 132 off 134 balls. In response, Aaron Finch starred for MCC XI, scoring an unbeaten 181 off 145 balls to lead his side to a win.

India's legendary batsman Sachin Tendulkar on Monday, took to Twitter to share a throwback video of the bicentenary game, that was played at the Lord's cricket ground on July 5, 2014. Tendulkar had captained MCC's XI in that game to a seven-wicket win over Rest of the World XI. He had scored 44 off 45 balls before being bowled by Sri Lankan great Muttiah Muralidharan.
