Pakistani Presenter Zainab Abbas Reportedly Removed From ICC World Cup 2023 Coverage and Deported From India Due to Controversial Anti-Hindu Tweets
Advocate Vineet Jindal filed a complaint against Zainab Abbas due to some of her previous tweets that have since appeared online. The tweets, according to the attorney, were published under the name "Zainablovesrk" which has since been changed to "ZAbbas Official."
A popular face in the PSL, Pakistani Presenter Zainab Abbas reportedly departed India and went to Dubai after a Delhi-based attorney Vineet Jindal filed complaints against her for disparaging Hindu faith and values. The ICC Cricket World Cup 2023, which got underway last week in Ahmedabad, included her on the commentary team and ICC is yet to make an official statement. It is being said that old tweets allegedly from Zainab that mocked a Hindu goddess and denigrated adherents of the Hindu faith suddenly became viral.
