Pakistan vs Australia 2022: Naseem Shah Named Haris Rauf’s Replacement for 1st Test in Rawalpindi
Naseem Shah was initially a travelling reserve but following Haris Rauf's absence, he was drafted into the side and could be seen in action against Australia in the first Test in Rawalpindi on March 4. Rauf contracted COVID-19 and was hence, ruled out of the game.
Young pacer Naseem Shah was added to Pakistan's squad as Haris Rauf's replacement for the 1st Test against Australia. Rauf, who won the PSL 2022 title with Lahore Qalandars a few days ago, was ruled out of the first Test after testing positive for COVID-19.
