On expected lines, Naseem Shah, who sustained an injury during Asia Cup 2023, missed out and in his place, the selection committee picked Hassan Ali, whose experience can come in handy. Haris Rauf, who too was injured, has been named which is indicative of the fact that he will be fit for the tournament. Besides, Abrar Ahmed, Mohammad Haris and Zaman Khan have been named in travelling reserves.
