Ahead of that, Pakistan announce their 15-memeber squad for the upcoming first Test of the series starting from October 8. Shan Masood continues to be the captain and Saud Shakeel the vice-captain. Despite being dropped from the last Test, Shaheen Shah Afridi also retains his place in the squad.
