Pakistani presenter Zainab Abbas, who was a part of the digital team covering the ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 left India after receiving criticism on social media for her alleged anti-Indian tweets in the past. Zainab has now issued an apology for the damage her old posts caused in a long statement on the social media platform, X. However, she has denied reports on her being deported from India. She said she left the country due to her personal problem and she didn't feel any immediate threat from anyone.
