The Kiwi team showcased a brilliant effort with both the bat and the ball which played a major role in New Zealand's win. The white ferns showcased a brilliant effort with the ball and restricted Sri Lanka to a score of 115/5. Later, opener Georgia Plimmer played a major role in New Zealand's win and played a knock of 53 runs from 44 balls.
