After Pakistan's loss in the PAK vs ENG 1st Test 2024 in Multan, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) have announced new voting members in the selection committee for Pakistan National Cricket Team. The new voting members are former captain Azhar Ali, former World Cup winner Aaqib Javed, ex-International Cricket Council (ICC) Umpire Aleem Dar, and analyst Hassan Cheema. The selection panel also comprises coach and captain, apart from non-voting members such as assistant coach Azhar Mahmood, Bilal Afzal (Advisor to PCB chairman), Nadeem Khan (Director -High Performance), and Usman Wahla (Director - International Cricket).
