The top-two teams of the IPL 2024 – Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and SunRisers Hyderabad (SRH) played the Qualifier 1 match in Narendra Modi Stadium. Batting first SRH set a moderate 160-run target with the help of Rahul Tripathi’s half-century. Mitchell Starc took three wickets for KKR. In reply, Vyankatesh Iyer scored a half-century, while Shreyas Iyer also raced to 50 and assured a smooth win for the side. KKR dropped two wickets as they reached their fourth final in the IPL.
