Kagiso Rabada and Marco Jansen were involved in a horrific collision as they attempted to take a catch during the West Indies vs South Africa ICC T20 World Cup 2024 Super 8 match on Monday, June 24. This incident took place in the eighth over of the match bowled by Aiden Markram when Kyle Mayers lofted the ball straight down the ground. The ball went high and both Rabada and Jansen gathered to take the catch. While having their eyes on the ball, both the players did not notice each other and collided. The ball went for a six and both players went down. Jansen later walked off the field while being treated while Rabada too fortunately seemed to be alright.
