The former KKR skipper, who is currently the mentor for Lucknow, was absolutely ecstatic as his side defeated the Knight Riders in a thrilling contest. With the win, Lucknow Super Giants officially became the second team to qualify for the playoffs. KKR on the other hand, were knocked out.
Gautam Gambhir caught up with Rinku Singh and Nitish Rana after the completion of Lucknow Super Giants' last league stage game against Kolkata Knight Riders on Wednesday, May 19. Rana and Rinku starred for KKR in a breathtaking chase but eventually fell short of Lucknow's target by just two runs.
