Indian Army has kick-started the first Kashmir women's cricket league at the Sher-e-Kashmir stadium. on August 19. The cricket tournament will witness the top 12 teams across the valley crossing swords for the title. This move will boost the morale of the young female cricketers all across the region and the Indian Army is being hailed by the cricket fraternity for the initiative. Colonel Manoj Dobriyal is overseeing the league.
