India Women comes back strong against New Zealand in the third and final ODI of the three-match series. Riding on the performances of Smriti Mandhana and Deepti Sharma, India Women defeated the New Zealand Women by six wickets and secured the series in their favour by a margin of 2-1. Sophie Devine won the toss and opted to bat first. New Zealand were off to a poor start as they lost five wickets for just 88 runs. Brooke Halliday started a fightback as she stitched a crucial partnership with Isabella Gaze and took the White Ferns out of deep waters. Due to their effort, New Zealand Women reached a competitive 232.  Deepti Sharma was the pick of the bowlers with three wickets. Chasing it, India Women were off to a shaky start but Smriti Mandhana found her groove and alongside captain Harmanpreet Kaur, she put a match-winning partnership and also scored a century.
