Virat Kohli had won the toss and opted to bat but the decision backfired badly with the visitors being reduced to just 67/5 at one stage. From then on, wickets kept tumbling very quickly as eventually, they were bowled out for a meagre 78 runs in only 40.4 overs. England's Craig Overton scalped three wickets alongside James Anderson, who did most of the damage early on.
