ICC WTC 2023 Prize Money: Winner to Receive Over INR 13 Crore, Close to 6.5 Crore for Runner-up

India and Australia will be facing each other in the summit clash of the 2021-23 ICC World Test Championship at The Oval, London next month. Now ahead of that, ICC has announced the prize money for the 2021-23 cycle of the WTC.

ICC has finally announced the prize money for the 2021-23 cycle of the WTC. According to ICC's statement, a total purse of USD 3.8 million (INR 31.4 crore approximately) will be distributed between the eight teams. The Winner of the final match between India and Australia will receive USD 1.6 million (INR 13.2 crore) while the runner-up team will bag USD 800,000 (INR 6.5 crore). Third, fourth and fifth-placed South Africa, England and Sri Lanka will be earning USD 450,000 (INR 3.72 crore), USD 350,00 (INR 2.89 crore), USD 200,00 (INR 1.65 crore) respectively.
