India locked horns with Nepal in the Group A encounter of Asia Cup 2023 on September 4 in Kandy. Though the Men in Blue won the game by 10 wickets, Nepal showed great resilience throughout the game. The Nepal batting unit showed their brilliance and amassed 230 runs against a potent Indian bowling attack. After the game, Team India head coach Rahul Dravid and the players of the  Indian Cricket Team including Virat Kohli, and Hardik Pandya felicitated Nepal players for their impressive performance.
