The mood in the Indian camp was pretty good after they beat Pakistan by seven wickets in ICC Cricket World Cup 2023 and Gambhir, part of the broadcasting team, was seen lifting up the mic towards Pandya's face as the all-rounder spoke during the interview, to get better clarity of his voice. Irfan Pathan, who also stood beside Gambhir, burst out laughing and the 2011 World Cup hero also then broke out into laughter with Pandya.
